研究方向
課題組運(yùn)用RNA高通量測(cè)序和生物信息分析,并結(jié)合各種實(shí)驗(yàn)手段,圍繞腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)錄組開(kāi)展了非編碼RNA與腫瘤特異轉(zhuǎn)錄本的鑒定及其病理生理效應(yīng)研究。解析了環(huán)狀RNA在腫瘤中的存在情況和表達(dá)特征,首次發(fā)現(xiàn)環(huán)狀RNA選擇性富集于外泌體,可作為潛在的腫瘤血液標(biāo)記物;發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤組織中存在著豐富的特異轉(zhuǎn)錄本,并具有重要的臨床意義和轉(zhuǎn)化價(jià)值。迄今發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,他引率1600多次,主要研究成果發(fā)表于Nature Cell Biology, Cell Research, Nature Communications, Hepatology等專業(yè)雜志上。主持國(guó)家自然基金項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng),申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng),作為主要完成人獲教育部自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)及上海醫(yī)學(xué)科技獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)。
